Our team is here from the very start to help you navigate the ins & outs of wedding planning & to see you through till your beautiful wedding day. We can’t wait to hear from you!

  • Day of coordination ~ we make sure your timeline is running smoothly

  • Basic Planning Package to help couples navigate the ins and outs of wedding planning

  • Oak Creek Farm can easily accommodate up to 120 guests

  • Basic planning assistance with Client Toolkit, Budget Tracker, Wedding Day Timeline Template and Vendor Referral

  • Venue coordinator ~ we have professional staff onsite throughout your entire event

  • On site parking

  • Catering Prep Space

  • 14 six foot round tables

  • 8 five foot round tables

  • 4 Banquet tables

  • 2 Table linen choices

  • Parking attendant and John Deere Gator~ We will transport your guests from their vehicles to the barn and then back again at the end of the night

  • Access to the two updated ready rooms. Bring all your necessary items the day prior.
